Job Title: Summer Interior Design Intern

Role Overview
As a Summer Interior Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our design team to support various aspects of our projects, from concept development to FF&E sourcing and documentation. This internship is perfect for a motivated and detail-oriented design student or recent graduate eager to learn about the interior design process and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.

  • Support the sourcing and selection of FF&E for residential and commercial projects.

  • Organize and maintain sample libraries and design resources.

  • Conduct research on vendors, products, and materials.

  • Help with drafting and revising design documentation, including floor plans and FF&E schedules.

  • Collaborate with the design team on client presentations and project deliverables.

  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design or a related field.

  • Strong interest in residential and commercial interior design.

  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Schedule & Reporting Structure

  • Required on site 2-3 days a week.

  • The work hours are flexible but should be agreed upon with the supervisor to ensure alignment with project timelines and team collaboration.

  • Design intern will report to the design team or the assigned supervisor.
