DGI Lab / DGI Lab Terms of Use
Terms of use.
Last updated 16 October 2026.
These terms cover the DGI Lab skill library at damngoodinteriors.com/lab ("the Lab"), run by Damn Good Interiors, 3001 Brighton Blvd, Suite 105, Denver, CO 80216 ("DGI", "we"). You agree to them when you tick the box to sign in or join. If you join for a business, you're agreeing for that business too.
The Lab is sold to design and construction professionals for use in their business, not to consumers for personal or household use.
What you get
A one-time payment of $99 (USD), or a valid code, gets you access to the Lab: the skill files, how-to PDFs, sample PDFs and members-only pages, plus any updates we choose to add. There's no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. If sales tax applies, Stripe shows it before you pay.
Access lasts as long as we run the Lab. If we ever shut it down, we'll give members at least 30 days' email notice so they can download what they have access to.
Refunds
- 7 days, nothing downloaded. Ask for a refund within 7 days of paying and before you've downloaded any Lab file, and you get the full $99 back. Email hello@damngoodinteriors.com from the address you joined with.
- Downloading ends the refund window. A "Lab file" is any skill file, how-to PDF or sample PDF you download from the Lab. Once you've downloaded one, the sale is final. Reading members-only pages in your browser doesn't count as a download.
- How we check. The Lab records which files each member downloads and when. We check that record before refunding.
- What a refund does. It goes back to the card you paid with, and your Lab access ends when it's processed.
- Codes. Access through a free code has no charge to refund.
- Disputes. If something's wrong, please email us before disputing the charge with your card company. We answer fast. If you do file a dispute, we'll share these terms and your download record with the card company.
Your licence
When you join, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Lab files in your own studio's work.
You can:
- Use the skills inside your own Claude account to produce work for your own clients and projects.
- Edit the skills to fit your studio, including your brand, fees and wording.
- Deliver what the skills produce (presentations, briefs, scopes, zoning summaries) to your clients as part of your work.
- Let people who work in your studio use them for studio work.
You can't:
- Resell, share, publish, give away or sublicense the Lab files, or your edited versions of them, outside your studio.
- Pass on your sign-in or share access with people outside your studio.
- Use the Lab files to build a competing library, course or product.
DGI keeps all rights in the Lab and its files. What you make with them for your clients is yours.
AI output and professional advice
- The skills run inside Claude, a third-party AI tool made by Anthropic, on your own account and under Anthropic's terms. We don't control Claude, its availability or its output, and Claude usage isn't included in the price.
- AI output can be wrong. Check every result before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
- Zoning, code, occupancy and permit information can be out of date or wrong. Verify it with the jurisdiction before it goes into a design, a bid or a permit submittal.
- Nothing in the Lab is legal, financial, tax, architectural or engineering advice, and it doesn't replace a licensed architect, engineer, attorney or accountant. You're responsible for the work you deliver to your clients.
No warranties
The Lab is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the files will work with every version of Claude or that the Lab will always be available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, DGI isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from the Lab or anything produced with it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Lab is limited to the amount you paid us for it, or $100 if you joined with a code.
You agree to cover DGI against claims from your clients or anyone else that arise from work you delivered using the Lab.
Ending access
You can stop using the Lab whenever you want. We can suspend or end access, without a refund, if you break the licence above. Sections on licence limits, AI output, warranties, liability and governing law survive.
Your data
You sign in with your email and a one-time code. What we keep, how long, and how to have it deleted is in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version in place when you paid governs that purchase, including its refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado.
